Prediction: Menendez will never be punished.

And it will be the corrupt SCOTUS justice Clarence Thomas who will absolve him.

Corrupt Senator Bob Menendez and new wife/partner-in-crime, Tits McGee, will walk away from the latest indictment scot-free. They will spend some money on lawyers, but they won’t even pay a fine. By spending money on legal fees, I am sure that Menendez will copy Dear Leader and use donations from both the investment-class political donors and the working-class rubes to pay his legal bills. It’s the new political-class get-out-of-jail-and-lawyers’-fees-free card.

Hell, I don’t think the indictment will make it to trial and will be thrown out well before a jury is selected. Menendez’s refusal to resign from the Senate, as he should because he is a total twice-indicted crook [allegedly…], is the evidence at hand that Menendez knows how to play the criminal racket in government and he already has an out.

That out is gift-and-bribery-laden Clarence Thomas and SCOTUS.

SCOTUS has already legalized bribery for [certain] politicians and power brokers under the McDonnell case. The McDonnell case was also a matter of a cartoonish level of corruption that was pretty much out in the open. SCOTUS blessed the corruption, instead blaming the DOJ for attempting to enforce federal corruption statutes. That case will be used by Menendez at the very first chance at any appeal (no matter how flimsy the appeal claim is) and SCOTUS is waiting with bated breath to accept the case and protect yet another crook in government. SCOTUS is waiting impatiently to unleash the next round of in-your-face corruption upon America. It started with the stupidest of all legal claims, “Money is free speech” under Citizens United. The court can’t wait to expand exceptions to rules, laws, ethics, morals, and common sense allowing political bribery, graft, and corruption to continue unabated (including the court’s own corruption.)

Menendez will file an emergency appeal, that appeal will be worded just as if it were written by Dear Leader Porn Star Humper’s attornies (or worse, sounding like Rudy and Sidney while they were both on crack), claiming the DOJ is “weaponized” or “DOJ is out to get him” or something similar. Menendez has already taken up Dear Leader’s post-indictment verbal ticks and mannerisms, so his legal filing sounds like that next wannabe Saddam Hussein of America who has a grievance with the federal government. Menendez jumped straight into Dear Leader’s Nationalist anti-government rhetoric, and he did so very intentionally to grab the attention of Dear Leader’s allies on the Supreme Court. This is the corrupt legal game plan that they have always planned to use in cases just like Menendez’s indictment. The McDonnell decision is as wrongfully pre-decided as the Dobbs decision was. These bad decisions are planned, constructed, and then delivered per specification. There should be little surprise when the court wholeheartedly approves bribery over enforcement. This was planned well in advance in a backroom amongst political donors, again, just like Dobbs.

Notice how The Left-Right Orthodoxy responded to the cartoonish level of corruption? Of course, Senator John Fetterman kept it real and immediately called for Menendez to resign from the Senate. Oh, that’s like Mitt Romney being the only partisan to vote for Dear Leader’s impeachment. The Left-Right Orthodoxy was turned up to 11 with this indictment. Menendez the Criminal Suspect went straight to sounding like Trump the Criminal Suspect.

Meanwhile, Menendez’s party acted just like the Nationalist Republicans and circled the wagons around THEIR crook.

The real criminal gang members who are actually a threat to you and your family and a threat to the future of the country and the economy are not the street gangs you are thinking of. The real threats are addressed as “Senator,” “Justice,” and “Former President.”
